The Dragon is a symbol of power, strength, and good luck. In Chinese culture, the Dragon is regarded as a divine creature. The Year of the Dragon is believed to bring prosperity and good fortune.

artisJet Key initiatives in 2023 based on our R.O.I.I.I. strategy
In 2023, we embarked on a journey guided by our R.O.I.I.I. strategy, focusing on innovation, personalization, exhibition, organization, welcome, supply chain, celebration, training, service, logistics, office makeover, and repositioning. We developed and launched multiple new products and product upgrades, including a Cloud-based personalization Print Management System, a new UV Flatbed Printer model, an upgraded 360-ROT cylindrical printing device, and a 3rd generation launch for ID card printer.
Backed by the trust bestowed upon us by luxury brands and partners, we developed the 2nd generation personalization ecosystem, enabling consumers to enjoy their customization journey anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
In the first year of the post-COVID era, we are honored to have welcomed visitors from across the globe (Mexico, Romania, Singapore, Zimbabwe, India, Philippines, Canada).
We also streamlined our supply chain and manufacturing processes, implemented regular training and empowerment sessions across various business units, and adopted a systematic and proactive troubleshooting approach to enhance customer experience. All these initiatives were aimed at better serving our customers and stakeholders.
