Before We Ask Customers to Trust TRUST, We Experienced It Ourselves
Inside artisJet's internal Super User training series — where colleagues across five departments operated the new-generation TRUST, produced real samples, and learned the full workflow from the inside out.
artisJet Super User training series — late May and June 2026.
Every piece of technology eventually meets a customer's real challenge. The goal is to make sure your team has already met it first.
Through late May and into June, artisJet ran an internal Super User training series on the new-generation TRUST — bringing together colleagues from the IMPACT Team, Production, Technical Service, Sales, and Marketing. Before introducing the new TRUST to distributors, partners and customers, the objective was clear: make sure the people behind artisJet have actually stood where the customer stands.
Not reading the specification sheet. Operating the machine. Preparing the file. Watching the print fail, or succeed, and understanding why.
The System at the Center of This Training
artisJet TRUST
The new-generation TRUST is the UV print system distributors and customers will meet next. Built for production reliability, daily-use stability, BEC1GO™ capability, and easier long-term maintenance. A printer built with you. For you.
Discover TRUSTWhen you understand the process, you can genuinely support the customer
artisJet's role has always been wider than delivering a product. As a technology, application, and knowledge partner, the expectation is that every person who represents artisJet — in sales, support, or any customer conversation — can speak with confidence grounded in real experience. Not specifications memorized. Real experience.
A UV printing workflow is never just hardware. It is file preparation, material handling, machine setup, output quality checks, and the maintenance discipline that keeps the system running reliably month after month. A customer does not experience artisJet through a data sheet. They experience it through every one of those steps — in sequence, under real conditions.
That is the gap the Super User training was built to close. Before asking a customer to rely on the TRUST, artisJet asked its own teams to operate it, troubleshoot it, and find out first-hand what works smoothly and what still needs explaining.
"The first round of training has been successfully completed with fruitful outcomes. The printed samples may still have room for improvement — but they represent an important first step in everyone's progress."
Nono IMPACT Team, artisJet Internal Training Leader
Progress, not perfection. A first step, acknowledged honestly, with advanced sessions already planned ahead. That is how a knowledge partner actually works.
Five departments. Five different questions about the same machine.
What makes this training meaningful is not that one team learned the TRUST. It is that five teams learned it — each from the angle that matters most to the customers and partners they serve.
IMPACT Team
Always first — validating new hardware, software, workflows, and BEC1GO™ application possibilities before anything reaches the market.
Production
Focused on repeatability: can this result be reproduced with the same quality, consistently, at scale?
Technical Service
Looking at installation, maintenance steps, and what a distributor's service team will actually need in the field.
Sales
Focused on application: what can a customer do with this, and what do they need to know before committing?
Marketing
Takes everything the other teams learn and turns it into content that a customer outside the factory can actually understand.
Together
They understand the system the way a customer eventually will — as one continuous experience, not a list of features.
From explanation to practice — and the difference it makes
The training moved deliberately from explanation to hands-on operation. Colleagues gathered around the TRUST workstation, followed the preparation sequence, worked through the software interface, and printed on real materials — acrylic, phone cases, decorative items — then discussed the output together.
"Only when we understand how a product is printed can we explain to customers what the machine can do, what details influence the final result, and what value it can bring in real applications."
Inés Zhou Director of Sales Strategy & Operations, artisJet"Only when we understand how a real product is printed can we better explain the value to customers."
Charis Tian Global Director, artisJet Channel Markets
Every printed sample became a practical checkpoint — showing how image preparation, material choice, machine setup, and finishing all affect what a customer eventually holds in their hands. For service and production colleagues, the same samples surfaced what still needs to be standardized or explained more clearly before reaching the field.
All samples were printed on transparent acrylic — a single substrate that tells many stories. Edge-to-edge full-color printing, full photo reproduction, transparent background items with white ink layer, logo printing for text legibility, precise color reproduction. One sample can communicate far more than a spec sheet ever could.
What changed in the system — and why it matters months after installation
A dedicated session covered the key engineering changes in the new-generation TRUST, led by Super Zhao, Director of Supply Chain & Technical Services. The focus was not only on what changed, but on why each change matters to the operator and the distributor's service team — details that show up in daily use, not on day one.
Cleaner integrated design
Waste ink bottle built into the machine — cleaner workspace, simpler daily operation.
Optimized carriage system
Better protection of key components, maintenance made more straightforward.
Upgraded ink path structure
More stable output and a longer service life under production conditions.
Smart waste ink warning
Prevents overflow before it happens — reduces unplanned maintenance risk.
Clearer labels and identification
Supports safer, more accurate daily operation across all skill levels.
Improved access design
Damping hinges and reserved space for future capability expansion.
The Technology Behind the Output
BEC1GO™ — 3-in-1 Print Technology
Training samples during these sessions included BEC1GO™ applications — combining Braille, Emboss, and Color in a single synchronized workflow. Understanding it hands-on is what allows the team to explain it clearly, and support partners in applying it correctly.

What this means to you
Product confidence rarely comes from a specification sheet alone. It comes from knowing that the team behind the technology can explain the workflow, support real applications, answer practical questions, and keep improving the experience long after the system is installed.
That is the purpose behind artisJet's Super User training series. It gives every department a shared, hands-on understanding of the TRUST system, BEC1GO™ application possibilities, production realities, and the service needs that follow. It shortens the distance between what artisJet develops and what you, as a distributor, partner, or end user, actually experience.
This training is not a one-time event. Advanced sessions are already planned — building on what the first round revealed, including the parts that, as Nono acknowledged, still have room to improve.
See What TRUST and BEC1GO™ Can Do
From hands-on internal training to real application development — artisJet invests in the people behind the technology, so the team supporting you has already stood where you stand.
