Challenge
My business is printing awards, mementos and gifts. I needed a machine that can print directly onto medias such as glass, wood etc.
Solution
I selected artisJet among the many Chinese suppliers because they are more professional and the printer is more reliable. They offer sales support in India and I really believe that my decision was correct.
Results
The printer has been running for almost 1 year and so far the printer is good. We only changed a small part with the help of their technical team, they respond very quickly.
