We had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Luis from ABITEC Tecnologia / Abi Printer for an engaging and insightful week focused on innovation and customer experience. It was a wonderful opportunity to explore various dimensions of customer experience and brainstorm how we can enhance our offerings.

We examined 11 crucial interactive points that operators encounter while making printing productions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

🌟 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆:

We mapped out the journey for end-user and technician training, identifying ways to enhance the training process and support.
